What are Affirmations?
Science has proven that subliminal messages can
help you change any area of your life. The subconscious mind soaks up these
affirmations, helping to change how you think and act. Gain confidence. Lose
weight. Think positively etc...
Changing your life with subliminal affirmations through mp3 audio tracks is now
at this time an easy thing to access, and it works changing the software of your
subconscious mind.
Subliminal messages provide a unique and diverse platform for personal development. They have the ability to bypass the conscious mind and go straight to the subconscious, giving them the power to influence thinking at the deepest possible level without any real effort on the subject’s behalf.. This has serious ramifications for making significant changes in our lifestyles, from focusing more on your spiritual lifestyle, breaking bad habits to increasing concentration, from boosting the immune system to maximizing memory. As technology advances, new ways are being discovered in which to deliver subliminal messages for the greatest impact.
The human brain can cope with masses of information, able to store it and retrieve it with greater speed and accuracy than the most potent supercomputer. From ages 2-7 children are in the theta brainwave state, and take in without the conscious filter everything they see and hear. These patterns are stored in the subconscious mind and become part of the computer operating system of their mind and then used. Habits are developed, whether good or bad. Negative and positive thoughts are stored and processed reacting to what is going on in the outside world. This software can be re-programmed by audio affirmations, "be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind," (Rom 12:2)
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
(Rom 10:17)Audio information has the power to infiltrate the subconscious mind. Listening to music while working is a common technique employed by millions of people – helping to shut out the outside world and eliminate distractions, while simultaneously providing a relaxing background that requires no conscious effort. The same concept is applied to subliminal audio, with music and related sounds providing the relaxing "background" that enables messages to be delivered in an effortless and distraction-free way with powerful positive affirmation messages that will change a persons thinking be it spirituality or the material world.
Change Your Programming
The subconscious mind is "a million times more powerful than the conscious mind" [1] and arguably the control center behind what you really think and believe. If your subconscious mind is therefore "running your life" [2], then it follows that to make lasting changes you need to access the subconscious and modify any limiting beliefs or programming that might be holding you back. One of the simplest and most effective ways to achieve this is through the use of audio and visual subliminal messaging technology. Affirmations are most effective during the time when a person is about to go to sleep-the brain is in its theta state. It is in this state that the subconscious mind can soak in messages that will reprogram the mind and "transform" and "renew" (Rom 12:2) the way one thinks. Is it any wonder why God told Moses that he reveals his word and sends visions to people in this dream state (see Num 12:6; Joel 2:28).
Solomon said, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." (Prov 17:22). A positive mind translates into a healthy person, as oppose to negative thoughts which leads to illness. Joseph Murphy states, "Peace of mind and a healthy body are inevitable when you begin to think and feel in the right way. Whatever you claim mentally and feel as true, your subconscious mind will accept and bring forth into your experience. The only thing necessary for you to do is to get your subconscious mind to accept your idea, and the law of your own subconscious mind will bring forth the health, peace, or the position you desire. You give the command or decree, and your subconscious will faithfully reproduce the idea impressed upon it. The law of your mind is this: You will get a reaction or response from your subconscious mind according to the nature of the thought or idea you hold in your conscious mind....Psychologists and psychiatrists point out that when thoughts are conveyed to your subconscious mind, impressions are made in the brain cells. As soon as your subconscious, accepts any idea, it proceeds to put it into effect immediately: It works by association of ideas and uses every bit of knowledge that you have gathered in your lifetime to bring about its purpose. It draws on the infinite power, energy, and wisdom within you. It lines up all the laws of nature to get its way. Sometimes it seems to bring about an immediate solution to your difficulties, but at other times it may take days, weeks, or longer...." [3]
The Apostle Paul spoke of dwelling on positive things and affirmations, in Philippians 4:8, he said, "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things
are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."Example
An example of an affirmation would be something like, "day and night I am prospering in everything I do." Affirm that you are abundant, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:" (Prov 23:7). Your inner belief will be reflected in your outer reality and it will become so, as Paul said, "calleth those things which be not as though they were." (Rom 4:17). When affirmations are continually repeated the subconscious mind will absorb it and make it a normal behavior in your thoughts and actions. This in turn will affect your reality, and situations and circumstances will align with that reality and it will become so.
Studies show that repeating daily positive affirmations can help eliminate negative thought patterns and boost self-esteem, which can help you take bigger risks and get better results in everything you do.
Here are just a few of the benefits you’ll experience from a regular affirmation practice:
Repeating affirmations to yourself every day helps you become more aware of your thoughts and true self. You’re quicker to notice when your thoughts veer into negative territory. You’ll find it easier to replace that negative self-talk with meaningful affirmations that boost your self-worth and keep you focused on the positive.
Negative thinking is a major source of stress. When we tell ourselves things like, “You’re going to fail!” it triggers our physiological “fight or flight” response and makes it hard to remain calm and think clearly.
But when we replace our negative thoughts with a positive self-affirmation that emphasizes our good qualities and helps us feel proud of who we are, it’s easier to remain focused on the positive.
A recent study proved that replacing negative thoughts with positive ones and imagining positive outcomes can help people who have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) manage their negative emotions.
By focusing on positive results, they were better able to remain calm and centered even in stressful situations and concentrate on the task at hand.
Studies show that positive affirmations can lead to a cognitive restructuring of the brain so that people’s perception of themselves and the world around them becomes more positive and optimistic.
By helping to reduce stress and anxiety, a regular affirmations practice can help you sleep better, eat healthier, and be increasingly motivated to exercise and take good care of your body.
Making a daily declaration and affirmation of positive energy and self-love can make profound and lasting changes to the way we think about ourselves. When you see yourself as someone capable of achieving success, you’ll not only boost your self-esteem, but you will treat yourself with more respect and engage in necessary self-care.
